Adelaide Transport Pty Ltd (T-Bus) reserves the right to amend prices or itinerary, (ie- alter travel routes or itinerary) due to road or weather conditions.
All prices are quoted in Australian Dollars and include GST
Our prices are calculated by distance traveled (transfer) or length of time a vehicle is booked (hourly). The actual rate is also dependent on time of day, season
(peak or off peak) type of vehicle required and the suburbs you are traveling to and from.
There are instances where the actual cost may vary from the original quote. Some examples of such variations include stops at your request, waiting time and a change in the number of passengers or the amount of luggage you intend to carry in a vehicle.
All reservations for a transfer include 10 minutes' grace, after which a waiting time charge applies. The exact amount varies with the type of vehicle you have requested. The 13 passenger buses are A$1 per minute and the 24 passenger buses are A$1.50 per minute.
If you have pre-paid for a service for a particular time frame or distance, and that time or distance is exceeded, the driver will ask for payment of the extra service provided.
Please be aware that while we would like to cater for your every need, not all requests can be accommodated.

Liability
Adelaide Transport TBUS accepts no responsibility for any loss or damage to personal belongings or luggage or for any injury or loss of any type whilst on tour/transit.
It is recommended that all passengers have personal travel insurance to cover loss or damage to property, illness, injury or not being able to travel on the confirmed date of departure.
It is also recommended that Passengers re-confirm their booking at least 24 hours prior to departure.
Adelaide Transport TBUS accepts no liability for failure to meet connections due to unexpected delays.

Seat belts
Seat belts must be worn at all times.
All passengers must be seated and wearing seat belts when the vehicle is moving.
Passengers are not permitted to place any part of their body outside the vehicle. Please note - fines may apply to individuals sighted by SA Police not wearing a seatbelt.

Alcohol / Smoking / Befouling / Cleaning / Damages
Please be aware that the person who makes the booking is responsible for any monies owing as a result of incidents with
Alcohol / Smoking / Befouling / Cleaning / Damages. This may result in the credit card used for pre-payment being charged an additional amount to cover any fees or costs as outlined below.

Alcohol- We encourage responsible behaviour, particularly when passengers have been consuming alcohol before they board the bus.
During a wine tour we recommend that you drink plenty of water between each winery.
Our business partnership with all wineries requires that no alcohol is consumed on the bus during a wine tour. In any event, the consumption of alcohol in vehicles is illegal without the appropriate liquor licence.
Adelaide Transport TBUS buses are not licensed, therefore no consumption of alcohol is permitted on buses.
The carrying of wine/alcohol purchased during a tour is allowed.
The driver has the right to terminate a tour if alcohol consumption or unruly behavior occurs on the bus.
No alcoholic beverages from other venues are permitted into Cellar doors or on winery grounds
Adelaide Transport reserves the right to refuse intoxicated passengers from boarding the bus. This also applies to wineries that may decline entrance to their premises.
Smoking- No smoking is permitted on any of our buses. It is against the law in South Australia to smoke in Public Transport Vehicles.
Befouling / Cleaning / Damages- A befouling fee will apply to passengers who cannot control bodily functions.
Passengers are requested to remove any rubbish from the bus.
A Cleaning fee will apply if passengers spill drinks / food or leave rubbish behind for the driver to clean up. Please respect the condition of the bus for the next passengers.
Passengers are reminded that any unacceptable behaviour, i.e. oral abuse or bodily harm, will be treated strictly in accordance of the law, damage fees will apply.
The driver reserves the right to terminate a transfer or tour, if any actions are deemed threatening or dangerous to the driver or other passengers. The driver is authorised to have any unruly passengers removed from then bus.
The matter may be reported to Police or relevant authority if deemed necessary by the driver or management.
The befouling fee is generally $110, but may increase if the vehicle is likely to be out of commission for a considerable time. Adelaide Transport TBUS may contact you to recover any cost for commercial cleaning or repairs where damage to a vehicle is caused by you or one of your guests.

Cancellation Policy
Cancellations made between 21 days and 11 days prior to transport may incur a 25% cancellation fee being charged.
Cancellations made between 10 days and 7 days prior to transport may incur a 50% cancellation fee being charged.
Any cancellation within 6 days will result in a 100% cancellation fee being charged.
Refunds are subject to the discretion of management.

Payment Options
Our office will accept payment by credit card (Visa, Mastercard, American Express), bank transfer, cash or cabcharge eTICKET.
eTICKETS will need to be processed in the office either before or after the transfer and the stub/receipt can be posted, or a scan taken and emailed if required.
Please note that all eTICKETS will incur a surcharge from Cabcharge.
NO surcharges are incurred with Visa, Mastercard or American Express.
We require that all bookings are paid for before travel if there are multiple buses involved or late night pick-ups are required. Some other metro areas and bookings at peak times will also require prepayment.

Lost Property
If you have lost items on the bus, please contact our office immediately. Please be aware that we have multiple buses in our fleet that are constantly moving throughout Adelaide during the day/night. In order for us to try and locate your item we need accurate information – if possible please provide the following details:
Our drivers bring in items they find on the bus whenever they head to the depot - which can be a few days after your transfer.
- The bus size, or drivers name
- Date and time of transfer
- Addresses of pick up and destination
- Description of the lost item
- Best contact number or email
